Chocaknott began from a love of chocolate that started over ten years ago when I worked as a pastry chef. There, I found joy in making chocolate truffles for a fine dining pub in Oxfordshire. This led me to the Chocolate Academy in Banbury, where I learned more about chocolate-making through Level 1 and 2 courses, fueling my passion for this craft.

After moving to Devon, I paused my catering career, allowing me to dream about starting my own chocolate business. This is when Chocaknott was born. Our goal is to provide delightful, handmade chocolates to our community, sharing the love for chocolate with everyone. Each piece reflects our passion quality, flavor and happiness in a bite.
